Las Vegas Halloween Events Still Ahead in 2026

A practical guide to the Las Vegas Halloween events still coming in October 2026, from family afternoons to stranger late-night plans.

Aerial view of Las Vegas illuminated at night

October is already moving, but the best part of the Las Vegas Halloween calendar is still ahead. Instead of padding this guide with parties that have already happened, we checked the remaining dates and grouped them by the kind of night you actually want.

Last checked October 12, 2026. Tickets, entry times and availability can change, so use the official event links before heading out.

For a creative afternoon downtown

18b Arts District Trunk or Treat takes over participating Arts District businesses Saturday, October 24, from 1 to 5 p.m. It is free, family-friendly and built around costumes, candy stops and exploring the neighborhood on foot. This is the easy pick if you want Halloween atmosphere without committing your whole evening.

For a full month of strange

AREA15 has several different nights left rather than one generic Halloween party: Nekrogoblikon on October 14, Spooky Couture on October 21, comedy and readings at The Medium Roast on October 25, free ScAREAoke on October 28, Monster Prom on October 29, Tricks & Treats and a family rave on October 30, then the 18+ ScAREA15 Strange Circus Massive on Halloween night. Pick the event, not just the venue; the crowds and age rules change considerably from one date to the next.

For families who want a proper night out

Haunted Harvest at Springs Preserve runs October 22 through 25 with timed entry. The outdoor route includes trick-or-treat stations, entertainment and the “Bootanical” Garden. Advance tickets are required and some October 24 and 25 sessions were already sold out when we checked.

Other community options include the city’s free Ward 1, Ward 2, Ward 3, Ward 4 and Ward 6 celebrations across October 16, 17, 23, 29 and 31. The City of Las Vegas roundup is the cleanest place to compare those neighborhood events without turning each one into a thin listing.

For adults who want a themed room, not another club

The Haunted Inn at Palms is open Wednesday through Sunday through October 31. It is 21+, has no cover and mixes roaming characters, live bits, theatrical cocktails and food inside a deliberately run-down supernatural hotel.

On October 31, The Mob Museum goes for a different mood: a free outdoor party at Starlight Plaza from 7 p.m. to midnight, plus the 21+ Underground speakeasy from 8 p.m. to midnight. Expect jazz, magic, cocktails and the password “SPELLS & SPIRITS.”

One more free oddball stop

Calling All Monsters lands at Fantastic Indoor Swap Meet on October 17 from 1 to 7 p.m. It is free and leans into the local-vendor, costume-and-curiosity side of the season.

Before you go

Double-check age restrictions, ticket times and bag policies. Las Vegas Halloween plans range from toddler-friendly daylight events to 18+ dance floors and 21+ bars, sometimes at the same venue on different days. We will keep this guide focused on what is still ahead rather than leaving expired listings in the way.
