These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LasVegasTattooCulture.com (the “Site”), operated by Las Vegas Tattoo Culture (“LVTC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an independent Las Vegas tattoo directory and editorial publication based in Nevada. By accessing or using the Site, or by submitting content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Directory and Listings
The Site is a curated directory and publication featuring tattoo artists, studios, suppliers, and events in the Las Vegas area. Listings are hand-reviewed by our editorial team. Inclusion is at our discretion, and we may add, edit, decline, or remove any listing at any time. Directory information is provided for general informational purposes only.
User-Submitted Content
If you submit content ??? including artist profiles, studio profiles, event listings, supplier listings, images, text, and links ??? you represent and warrant that:
- The information is accurate and you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the named person or business;
- You own or have the necessary rights to the content, including all images; and
- The content does not infringe any third party’s rights or violate any law.
You are responsible for the content you submit. We may review, edit for clarity or formatting, decline, or remove submitted content, and nothing you submit publishes automatically ??? submissions enter an editorial review queue.
Image and Content Rights
- Artists, studios, suppliers, and event organizers retain ownership of the content they submit to LVTC.
- By submitting content to LVTC, you grant Las Vegas Tattoo Culture a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and market that content on the Site and associated social media channels.
- Submitted content may be used for promotional purposes related to Las Vegas Tattoo Culture.
This license is non-exclusive ??? you remain free to use your own content however you wish. The license continues for as long as the content is featured; you may request removal of your content at any time by contacting us, and we will remove it from the Site within a reasonable period.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
The Site’s design, editorial content, text, graphics, logos, and compilation of listings are owned by LVTC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for content you submitted, you may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission.
Copyright complaints: if you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, contact us at privacy@lasvegastattooculture.com with a description of the work, its location on the Site, and your contact information, and we will respond appropriately.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data or images from the Site;
- Submit false, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized content, or impersonate any person or business;
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site;
- Use the Site’s content for competing commercial directories without permission.
Accuracy Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we review listings, information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and is subject to change without notice. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.
No Guarantee of Availability, Pricing, or Services
LVTC is a directory and publication, not a party to any transaction between you and any artist, studio, supplier, or organizer. We do not guarantee:
- That any artist or studio is available, accepting clients, or will provide any service;
- Any pricing, quotes, deposits, or terms ??? these are set by the businesses themselves and may change;
- The quality, safety, or outcome of any service obtained through information found on the Site.
Any arrangement you make with an artist, studio, supplier, or organizer is solely between you and them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LVTC and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, reliance on its content, or any interaction with a listed business. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site links to and embeds third-party websites and content (e.g., studio sites, booking pages, social media, embedded video). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, content, or services. Use them at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Modifications to the Site and These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; changes are effective when posted, indicated by the “Last updated” date above. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
